Announcements:

• The Annual IV2 HOA Owners & Residents meeting has been delayed.  The board has picked a new meeting date:  Wednesday, December 9th, 2026.  This delay is due to the late arrival of our 2026 Reserve Study and budget complexities.  Details will be emailed out in the near future.  At this meeting several important topics will be discussed including the Board new member candidates,  and the 2027 HOA budget (including maitenance fee increase), to will be voted on by proxy or in person.  Please plan to attend or join by video conference.
